Grade A primum vanilla beans
Grade A Ugandan vanilla beans are long shinny rich in flavoured. The beans are flawless in look and aroma.
The moister content is around 30% and the vanillin content is 2,2 % suitable to all your baking and cooking requirements.
Grade B primum vanilla beans
Grade B Ugandan vanilla beans (also called extract beans) they are smaller. Whole extract Grade B Uganda vanilla beans will work just fine in your vanilla extract.
As the moister content is a bit lower the grade A the vanillin content is higher and therefore the grade B vanilla are suitable for extracts, paste and other vanilla based products.
